Company Background:
 
        Our client, a medium-sized US company with strong presence and a continued robust growth in China. The company supplies a variety of products to China market,comprised of conveyance systems, bearings, couplings, gears and chains which serve a wide range of industries.
 
Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Report to the Sales and Marketing Director;
  • Develop and maintain relationship with key accounts;
  • Develop new sales accounts and sales channels;
  • Conduct negotiation and bidding for projects;
  • Responsible for contracted project management;
  • Develop personal development objective and sales implementation plans;
  • Execute product promotions;
  • Collect competitor's intelligence and conduct analysis;
  • Achieve sales quota within specific expense budget;
  • Collect Account Receivable by co-working with customer service colleagues;
  • Grow together with the company.

 

Qualification & Requirement:
 
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in industrial products;
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills;
  • Experience to manage distributors;
  • Willing to travel extensively in China;
  • Independent and highly self-motivating;
  • Good business ethical and professional conduct code;
 
Nationality:Prefer local Chinese
 
Compensation:The starting compensation will depend upon, among others, the individual’s experience, qualifications and current earnings.
