        Our client is a German company. The company has a successful history of 140 years. It is the market leader in the tap changers and related devices for transmission and distribution transformers. We are now recruiting highly potential talents for its Messko division in China, a division supply measuring and control equipment for monitoring of the most important functions of a transformer.
 
Main Responsibilities:
 
  •  Plan, develop and execute sales strategy and action in the assigned area to manage and expand customer accounts.
    计划、发展、执行销售策略并在指派的区域内管理和发展客户。
  • Participate in seminar presentation, workshop and network with transformer makers, electric design institute, PSB and industry end-users.
    与变压器厂、设计院、电力局和工业最终用户建立并保持合作关系,参加产品研讨会,宣传产品。
  • Understand customer requirements and propose solution based on our products offerings.
    理解客户的需求并且基于公司产品更新换代的特性向客户提出解决方案。
  • Indentify growing opportunities and allocate resources to catch potential market and expand the market share.
    发现机遇并分派资源抓住潜在市场以扩充市场份额。

 

Qualification & Requirement:
 
  • More than 3 years working experience in selling electric products, preferably in power industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or related discipline
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Knowledge on electrical engineering with business insight
  • Experience in dealing with electrical power companies and power supply bureaus, special sales of component of big equipments or project
  • Patient, customer oriented working style, could work under pressure
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and communication capabilities.
  • Able to travel frequently within China
 
Nationality:Prefer local Chinese
 
Compensation:The starting compensation will depend upon, among others, the individual’s experience, qualifications and current earnings.
