Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Produces management and tax filing accounts, together with a reconciliation between the two for M1NT shanghai.
  • Report to management re: company finances including revenues, expenses, AR, client summaries, etc.
  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, prepare reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
  • Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current and future accounting system / computer technology.
  • Establish chart of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts, ensuring alignment with headquarters and PRC requirements.
  • Project future revenues, expenses and cash requirements.
  • Prepare / process monthly payroll and related benefits contributions as needed.
  • Assess options and implement accounting/ bookkeeping system including related software, and set up of accounts.
  • Utilize knowledge and system to prepare financial analysis and reports including budget, profit and loss statement, assets summary, balance sheet, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc.
  • Prepare AR reports; manage receivables and ensure payment; follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Manage bank relationships, account updates.
  • Prepare business entity reports / approvals as needed.
  • Payroll calculation.

 

Qualification & Requirement:
 
  •  Strong communication skills and client facing skills (written and spoken)
  •  Commercial/profit understanding
  •  Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin 
  •  Problem-solving / reasoning capability 
  •  Service orientation, Detail orientation

  •  Time management/prioritization capability

    • Previous Experience Preferably Will Include:

    •  Accounting for Food and Beverage industry 
    •  Experience in the Huangpu District 
    •  Experience producing and reconciling two sets of accounts, management accounts and other accounts
 
Nationality:Prefer local Chinese
 
Compensation:The starting compensation will depend upon, among others, the individual’s experience, qualifications and current earnings.
