Position: | Order Processing Engineer-Messko/PQ | Description: | | | | Company Background: | | | Our Client, a German company, the innovation leader, technology leader in the tap-changer business and also the No 1 supplier of on-load tap changer for power transformers in various industrial applications, is now searching for candidates in China.
| | | | Main Responsibilities: | | | - Order processing & project monitoring for Messko/A&C/PQ products and services；
- Technical and commercial clarification of customers’ test parts inquiries with customers themselves and the Germany；
- Offer and order processing using SAP (“data processing”)；
- Following-up orders and customers’ inquiries in due course；
- Technical and commercial clarification of orders and sale contracts with customers and relevant departments in Germany；
- Customers visit on an occasional basis if further clarification is required and submission of Visiting Reports in due course upon return；
- Preparation and submission of order confirmations；
- Securing receipt of payments in accordance with payment terms agreed upon；
- Assist the OCTC sales team and the sales team in technical matters.
| | | | Qualification & Requirement: | | | - Degree in Electrical Power Systems or Electrical Engineering, preferably in the field of Electrical Engineering & Automation；
- Preferably secondary circuit technical background, like control system, intelligent electric device；
- At least 3-years of related work experience in energy sector；
- Strong technical background；
- Good command of English with both Oral and Written;
- Good computer skills with SAP is needed;
- Good numeral understanding, accuracy & integrity；
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment and to tight deadlines;
- Self motivated & ability to work independently;
- Good communication skills;
