- Responsibility could include vacuum chamber, actuator assembly, vacuum pumping system, process gas delivery system, process kits, heating and cooling system, design using CAD and FEA and perform dynamic analysis of the system and components；
- Manager supplier and work with internal manufacturing to produce cost effective and reliable design, will work cross-functional with electrical, software and platform group；
| | | | Qualification & Requirement: | | | - Minimum of 5 years of experience in design for semiconductor equipment, flat panel equipment, or solar cell equipment；
- Solid fundamental mechanical engineering skill in the area of moving mechanism and drive, structure analysis, proficient in 3D CAD, perform tolerance analysis；
- Demonstrated abilities in creating problem solving and innovation；
- Strong team player, effective communication skills and highly motivated.
