领导并管理一支由生产经理, 供应链经理和安全维修主管组成的团队 - To plan and execute effective activities and limited resources to meet production target and reduce manufacturing cost
计划并组织资源和行动以达到产量目标, 并且降低制造成本. - Improve and ensure to produce qualified products and reduce scrap.
改善并保证生产合格的产品, 并降低报废率. - To provide smooth materials with reasonable cost and deliver lighters on time to meet HQ’s request.
以合理的成本, 平稳地提供物料,以及按照总部的需求及时发送产品. - To organize and execute safety regulation strictly, and check & maintain facilities in the company.
组织和严格执行安全规范, 检查和维修公司的设施.
| | | | Qualification & Requirement: | | | - University degree or above, in Business Administration or Mechanic.
企业管理或机械专业, 大学毕业或以上 - Minimum of 8 years working experience in similar industry preferred, 3 years in Manager level.
相似行业至少8年以上工作经验, 且有3年的管理经验 - Good communication and supervisory skill.
良好的沟通管理技巧 - Working under pressure
