Main Responsibilities:
 
  • The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. The major areas directed are:
  • Leads the development of department goals, objectives and systems;
  • Preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department;
  • Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports;
  • Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation;
  • Set up and implement recruiting plan and coordinate with other departments;
  • Performance management and improvement systems;
  • Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses;
  • Leads participation in at least one salary survey per year;
  • Establish C&B and promotion policy, recommends changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention;
  • Leads the development of benefit orientations and other benefit training;
  • Identifies and monitors the organization’s culture so that it supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction;
  • Ensure office, dormitory, safety guards and canteen’s administration to support company operation;
  • Coordinate and develop relationship with local government;
  • Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
 
Qualification & Requirement:
 
  • University degree;
  • More than 8 years HR working experience, and 3 years in supervisor role is preferred;
  • Strong communication skills, honest, open and initiative, with good sense of responsibilities;
  • Working independently and under high pressure;
  • Good English, both in written and spoken;

Nationality:Prefer local Chinese
 
Compensation:The starting compensation will depend upon, among others, the individual’s experience, qualifications and current earnings.
