Our client, a famous pharmaceutical company Position: HRM, Tai Zhou plant Location: Tai Zhou, Jiangsu Province, China Report to: HRBP, Animal health Responsibilities: - Plan the workforce, monitor the headcount budget, coordinate staffing activities with hiring departments and central service - Implement talent management cycle in line with corporate guideline - Optimize HR processes in Taizhou plant to integrated to the corporate system - Implement Compensation structure and benefits programs in Taizhou plant and consolidate attendance for payroll calculation - Build up good employee relationship, communication, teambuilding etc. to keep high employees morale - Work with BI CN Talent Management team to conduct training requirement and needs surveys, consolidate to the plan and budget, and coordinate the training programs to be delivered in quality - Initiate and lead the projects to improve HR service level and work quality. - Complete understanding and application of human resource principles, concepts, practices, and procedures. Qualifications: - 5 years + HR generalist experience in multinational company. At least 2 years in manufacturing sites. Experience in recruitment and organization development is plus. Experience in people management is plus. - Good analytical capability and problem solving - Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks with leadership potential - Strong communication skill and influencing skill - Demonstrated can-do attitude, quick learning and willing to take challenge - Self-initiative and be able to work under pressure - Proficiency in English Apply for this position
