| | | | Main Responsibilities: | | | - Lead the team to design, verification and qualification of precision cooling products and Rack system products, using CAD/CAE tools and processes
- Lead the team to create and sustain Parts specification, BOM and MEI in database.
- Deploy and improve development process for new program to reach objectives in terms of quality, cost, time to market.
- Creative problems-solving and diagnostic/troubleshooting abilities.
- Liaise with component suppliers and manufacturers, in conjunction with the Purchasing team.
- Maintain aggressive product development schedules.
- Manage regulatory compliance and product safety, in conjunction with the E&E team and Quality Assurance team.
| | | | Qualification & Requirement: | | | - Bachelor, Master preferred，Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 8 Years of work experience，5years of Design experience
- Report to engineering director, 6 subordinates
- English Speaking and writing need to be fluent
- People Management
