Position: | E&E Engineer Leader | | | Description: | | | | Company Background: | | | An US Manufacturing Company, is now looking for the following positions in its R&D center.
| | | | Main Responsibilities: | | | - Lead the team to design, verification and qualification of 50Hz, 60Hz, single and three phase power distribution and control systems, using hardware development facilities and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, for development of Precsion Cooling products.
- Lead the team to create and sustain Parts specification for electrical components and assemblies in database.
- Creative problems-solving and diagnostic/troubleshooting abilities.
- Liaise with electrical component suppliers and manufacturers, in conjunction with the Purchasing team.
- Maintain aggressive product development schedules.
- Manage regulatory compliance and product safety, in conjunction with the Quality Assurance team.
| | | | Qualification & Requirement: | | | - Bachelor, Master preferred，Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- 7 Years of work experience，5 years of Design experience
- English Speaking and writing need to be fluent
