Position: | Component Engineering Leader | | | Description: | | | | Company Background: | | | An US Manufacturing Company, is now looking for the following positions in its R&D center.
| | | | Main Responsibilities: | | | - Lead developing and qualification of new components for NPD programs.
- Lead the team to follow up the parts availability for prototype, alpha, pilots and initial production.
- Lead to support component sepcification activities, application in product design as well as manufacturing.
- Develop new vendor sources, in conjunction with the Purchasing team.
- Creative problems-solving and diagnostic/troubleshooting abilities.
- Maintain aggressive product development schedules.
| | | | Qualification & Requirement: | | | - Bachelor, Master preferred，Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 7 Years of work experience
- English Speaking and writing need to be fluent
