| | | | Main Responsibilities: | | | - Oversee the electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, building, debugging and installation of automation equipment.
- Coordinate and supervise the efforts of Electrical Assembly workers assigned to their projects.
- Project cost estimates (estimate cost-to-complete) .
- Project assembly budget and schedule.
- Maintain project documentation – part lists, project changes, and material returns.
- Work with project design team to ensure cost effective procedures of manufacturing.
- Responsible for the quality control of projects under their supervision.
- Train Electrical Assembly workers assigned to them.
Review all Electrical Assembly workers assigned to their projects for performance evaluation. - Communicate on a regular basis with mechanical assembly, engineering and purchasing personnel.
| | | | Qualification & Requirement: | | | - Must have a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Automation or Control
- Two to five years of work experience in assembling factory automation equipment
- Excellent in both spoken and written English
- Willingness to learn new technologies and applications
- Must be able to travel for equipment installations and service work
- The position is in Suzhou, China but has many opportunities to work and study in the United States.
