- 具备熟练的餐饮渠道运作技巧，涉及的餐饮渠道包括大型餐饮店、酒店宾馆、夜店、特渠等；
- 具备销售团队管理经验，熟悉销售指标预测、分配、团队成员的考核、激励等管理工作；具备领导力；
- 大学本科学历，具备一定的英语会话和阅读能力；
- 性格开朗，具备团队合作精神和组织协调能力；
- 能适应经常出差的工作。
