| | | | Main Responsibilities: | | | - Prefer someone with experience in home textiles, but would also consider candidates from fabric or apparel industry；
- Must have managerial experience, with a minimum of 10-12 direct reports；
- Must understand/have experience with woven fabrics – specifically jacquard fabrics；
- Must understand/have experience with color (dying, printing, finishing, testing, yarn-dyed vs. piece dyed – etc.);
- Must be willing to travel to factories in order to train inspectors, and also do Du-Pro and Final Inspections themselves – if needed;
- Must be detail-oriented;
- Prefer candidates who have also had experience in coordinating production of an order between multiple factories;
| | | | Qualification & Requirement: | | | - Must be honest and trust-worthy;
- Must bi-lingual in Mandarin and English. (Non Mainland Chinese but speaks Chinese) ;
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in management of a Quality Assurance/Control team;
- Must be hands-on in managing a business and directing subordinates;
- Must have great organizational, operational and communication skills;
