Position: | Project Manager | Description: | | Company Background: | | A Famous Automotive Test System Company in Suzhou | | Main Responsibilities: | | - Adhere to established procedures as defined in th Emloyee Handbook,AAA's Quality System, and our customer's standards;
- Meet schedules and budgets as well as technical and quality requirements on assignedproject;
- Maintain appropriate communications with the department management, and the assigned members of the project team regarding the requirements and progress of the assigned projects;
- Maintain appropriate communications with, and reporting to, the "Project Status" team and Operations management regarding the requirements and progress of the assigned projects;
- Maintain appropriate communications with the Customer regarding the requirements and progress of the assigned projects;
| | Qualification & Requirement: | | - Four years engineering degree or equivalent experience;
- Four years of experience as a lead design engineer ,organizing and executing large engineering projects or two years of prior project management experience;
- Experience in the design and build of assembly,test,material handing,and other special machines and systems;
- Proven leadship ability and exemplary work ethic;
- Must understand customer and supplier contract administration;
- Must have a working konwledge of SPC,FMEA and R&M analysis methods;
