Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Adhere to established procedures as defined in th Emloyee Handbook,AAA's Quality System, and our customer's standards;
  • Meet schedules and budgets as well as technical and quality requirements on assignedproject;
  • Maintain appropriate communications with the department management, and the assigned members of the project team regarding the requirements and progress of the assigned projects;
  • Maintain appropriate communications with, and reporting to, the "Project Status" team and Operations management regarding the requirements and progress of the assigned projects;
  • Maintain appropriate communications with the Customer regarding the requirements and progress of the assigned projects;

 

Qualification & Requirement:
 
  • Four years engineering degree or equivalent experience;
  • Four years of experience as a lead design engineer ,organizing and executing large engineering projects or two years of prior project management experience;
  • Experience in the design and build of assembly,test,material handing,and other special machines and systems;
  • Proven leadship ability and exemplary work ethic;
  • Must understand customer and supplier contract administration;
  • Must have a working konwledge of SPC,FMEA and R&M analysis methods;
 
Nationality:Prefer local Chinese
 
Compensation:The starting compensation will depend upon, among others, the individual’s experience, qualifications and current earnings.
